Aigenr is an AI Anime Generator that turns text prompts into anime-style images. Features, models and limits may change as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Aigenr. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aigenr to create, upload or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property, or violates privacy.
• Depicts real, identifiable people without consent, or minors in any harmful context.
• Is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your plan and these Terms, you own the images you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

You grant Aigenr a limited license to process, store and display your prompts and generated images solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of outputs comply with applicable law.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aigenr name, logo, software and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not guarantee that generated images are free of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigenr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
